Interesting day! There are 3 stocks I watch closely in this area--ABSC, Affymetrix, and Incyte (I'm long all three.) Both Incyte and AFFX were down 10% (odd how closely their drops mirrored other.) But ABSC was up on a bad day. For one day at least, the market said that ABSC was underpriced. (And it must have been drastically underpriced to rise on a day when so many companies were being punished.) Luck to all, Andy Patton P.S. AFFX looks awfully tempting at $18. I'm hemming and hawing about buying a bit more, even though Brazil and China are waiting in line for their turns to devalue and make us all terrified. Buy now? Wait? These are really long term stocks to buy anyway...
