I recently switched over to Brown & Co. from glowing recommendations from everyone on the net. I found some faults with it today.

First of all, I couldn't access the site this morning at 9:30 am to make trades. The reason I switched over from Datek was to avoid this problem.

The second problem was that I wanted to short a stock, but Brown did not have in its inventory. I missed out on 1k because of this.

And just recently, I tried to access my account. However, Brown's website has rejected my entrance. I believe my User ID and password are correct and I have used the same ones from the beginning.

This has led me to rethink about Brown & Co. over again. I hope others aren't having the same problems as I am.
