I got "0G" in the Communications window and an immediate "0 files downloaded" in the Message window. Yes, this is exactly what I get with Auto Update. But it now works for you because you installed an earlier version of QP2. That's why you don't have CCI anymore. I realized that Auto Update would probably work if I reinstalled an earlier version of QP2. That's my backup plan if the Internet Downloader doesn't work one night (which is unlikely). I suppose we need to let tech support know that Auto Update doesn't work with the newer version. Brooke
