Jean-Robert, if the Mutual Funds need to raise cash, they would sell off their most profitable stocks first. If share holders start to redeem their funds, the Mutual Fund managers have no choice but to raise cash. Historically, the Funds maintained about 8% of the funds assets in cash. However, in this bull market, they went to around 4% in cash. I concerned that this mess is starting to produce a real live bear market.

Stock Bull

PS: There was major selling in Dell today. Around 35 million shares. This is about 5.6% of the outstanding shares.
