Jeff,

Gosh, glad I can talk to you, as it seemed I would just talk to myself tonight. No, certainly, this is not over, at least until the "fat lady sings". There will be great impact when this is over, and do not expect a resumption of the "trees grow to the sky" market. Just my VVHO. My advice would be to sell any rally until?

Not to say that there will not be some great VALUES produced in the process.

It will not be "business as usual", for sure!!

To pick a top or a bottom is a very tough thing, but a relative top or bottom is not so hard. When the hammer falls, all are knocked down, but some have more value than others. The fluff is knocked out and the stuff is left! You can quote me on that!

The first thing to do is not panic! Think in a rational manner. If you are holding "fluff", then decide your tolerence for pain and exit at the next favorable point. There are always rallys which provide good exit points. The market in anything moves in waves and there are good and bad points for exit. Bad things can happen and that is when everyone wants out at once.

On the other side, there are some very good companies which will be made screaming bargains in the process. That is an individual decision, and purchase should be based on "is that stock one that I would like to own for the next 10 or 20 years?"

I will not tell you my personal bias, but I do have many, but I cannot buy much for I am essentially poor. Sadly because I have learned hard lessons and paid much in my tuition!

I wish to be an example for all. I wish for you all to say that you have not been as stupid as Jack R. Smith Jr. in your investments. That is my wish for you all!!

I wish for you all to be like Martin Schwartz, or (you insert the name).

Time to shut up!

Shutuppayoufacea, jacka!!
