Caveat Emptor!! I wouldn't touch this until it is operational and proven! There will be plenty of upside potential after it's proven but a 100% loss if it fails! And it really seems fishy to me that all the mega money R&D of the oil industry couldn't figure this technology out and some small guys could? ML
