FSI International gets $7 mln order

MINNEAPOLIS, Aug 27 (Reuters) - FSI International Inc. said
Thursday it has received a $7 million order for chemical
delivery equipment for Wacker Siltronic Singapore Pte. Ltd.
The company said the equipment will deliver high-purity
chemicals and slurries used in the manufacturing of silicon
wafers, the foundation for building integrated circuits.
Shipments to Wacker's new manufacturing facility in
Singapore will start in September 1998.
FSI International is a global supplier of processing
equipment used to manufacture microelectronics.
