They can be and have been in the past. You can also go after the CEO and officers personally to include all personal assets. The big problem is that the money never trickles down to the small investor.
Believe me when I say that I know just how you all feel about this, I paid my ticket with NVID just last year. It is frustrating, it is maddening being lied to and all, but I did find out that some of the people who were getting accused of being involved were in court the same day that I testified against the company officers, and they were victims as well, they were told even bigger lies than I had been told. You just cannot make blanket statements accusing anyone and everyone who got caught in the excitment.
BTW, I agree with your statement to me on the other thread, Bird is just the one that I named, as he is the one using all of the most horrible of examples, and then says he is a God fearing man, well from his writtings it is easy to see that he looks down when he prays rather than up. I really feel sorry for the poor man as anger and the need for revenge has put him over the edge and he is dropping fast. I really wish there was something, anything that I could say to get him to see that by his own writtings he is becoming a Jack!! The only difference being when he costs innocent investors there money, he does not put it directly into his own pocket.
