I agree with your assessment of Proteon's erosion in price over the past couple of weeks. I also feel that Proteon is an excellent buy around 2 1/2 with good upside by the end of Q2 1997. I do not expect to get much of a boost from yet another loss announcement for Q4. I guess the best we can hope for will be a "not as bad as expected" earnings report for fiscal 1996.

I think the street is watching closely for new product development, but short of a bombshell product announcement it will take a buyout to send this stock consistently over $5 by mid-year 1997. Still not a bad return % for a fairly safe play at 2 1/2....
