I think it's still undervalued - The 30% off I suppose is coming from the options.!! - The question is who is he? - Is he going to be long, or will we see his shares sold into the market within short time.
If he's a laid off and exercising the options, he may have been paid for a period in options - So what he'll do now is a question about his feelings towards the company or his need for cash - We have a similar situation IMO at A R E T.
