Hello! A. Paisley,

You brought up a very interesting point regarding potential Government Grant Money!

I do not know if or when such activities will take place or develop but I wanted to share this one observation and please keep in mind it's just my opinion/speculation, what have you.....

This Friday August 28th. 1998, NYRR closed at .16 cents...trading 463,800 shares JMO!

Last August 28th, 1997 NYRR closed at .10 cents trading approximately 186,000 shares....JMO!

Well! The way the markets have been getting pounded JMO! --I thought it might be interesting if a survey was taken how many investors would be happy if the stocks they were holding today were up +60 % versus same time year ago?

As I was grumbling to myself today regarding the share price of NYRR I realized that I also held my NYRR shares last August 28th., 1997..
So! Maybe! Just maybe! ( At least for NYRR Shareholders!) Things aren't as bad as they could be?)

Who knows? Maybe I'm just wishing that the overall markets will soon turn-around--and that we will hear some real exciting /positive news regarding NYRR! JMO!

Another excuse I use when the markets are down--is the reason I tell myself that NYRR doesn't release news right now is because they are waiting for the overall markets to improve! JMO!

Sorry for all the JMO's!

Best Wishes To All!

Wayne J.
