When a husband and wife 'Direct Connect' for 10 cents
a minute from three hundred miles away, does transmission
time (pay time) include only the amount of time when
the buttons are pressed or time spent between button
pushing, too? Also, are both units billed or is the
initiator charged 1/3 cent per second? Thanks.
