At least it gives BC a chance to have his position put forth. All your work is most appreciated. And (I don't know if I can write this with a straight face <g>) perhaps you need a scanner... Re the Consent decree - has the Federal Court approved this yet? Nothing's really final till that happens, although it should be pro-forma. THANKS. Bill Fuller
