djane, seems somewhat ridiculous about ERICY. Both the offer price, and that ASND turned it down. Also, one would have to believe that any self respecting LU shareholder (ie, most employees roaming the halls) would be somewhat fearful of a large acquisition like ASND, as we've seen all too many times what this can do the acquirers share price. I think as ASND shareholders we should be getting used to the fact that market conditions right now are not conducive to major takeover premiums, and that an LU takeover is at best a 50-50 proposition (my opinion). I have reason to believe LU is internally staffed for a major ATM development effort. I will try confirm this next week. gary
