Ed, there has been some discussion and concern raised on the Yahoo thread about for sale signs on the property. I received an email message from a lurker who states, >>Well my guy took a ride by the site. NO changes except removal of the zoning notice sign. As they have been approved this makes sense. He did say there was a similar site about 4 miles down the road that has had several sign changes. Only the West America sign is on their site so he is sure he is on the right one. The other person could be confused about the sites. << You can't believe everything you see or read on these message boards, but I am reasonably certain that this source is giving me the straight scoop.
