Read this week's barron's for a good canvassing of TA and FA analysts' read on the market. BTW, a mention or two of amzn -- aka a "fantasy stock" Big was no barrier to taking a beating. In fact, stocks like Merrill Lynch, Travelers Group, Gillette and Coca-Cola, to name only a conspicuous few, were really hammered. And any number of fantasy stocks -- America Online, Amazon.com, Yahoo and the rest of the Internet gang, along with the Dells and the Intels, absorbed some horrible licks.
