Judy, if you are into hedging strategies, TLM is buying AKSEF, the ratio is one share of TLM for each ten of AKSEF. TLM is around 16.5 to 17.5 and AKSEF is at 1.125, buy AKSEF and short 1/10 of that amount of AKSEF, the deal should be closed by October, thus in two months you'll be making about 30 to 40%. Zeev
