Yea and I've got a bamboo pole for Charles too!!! Charles, Great info on your part. Sounds like GRNO has entered a plea of "no contest" and is looking for a quick end to the proceedings. Also from what you have posted, it appears the SEC is slapping GRNO's wrist saying "here are the rules, you broke them, and don't do it any, or we'll stick a fork in you because you'll be done." My greatest fear is a sizable monetary judgement against GRNO. If the company doesn't have capital to buy feedstock, they wouldn't have it to pay a fine. Does the docket indicate anything of this nature? Regards, Marty
