Larry, actually I did not include that proposed meeting between Michael, Tom and Dr. Jenkins on my timeline of key events. I looked at that as more of a DD event for Michael as Tom has indicated that they do not really need the tech help at the moment. I would also be surprised if the meeting comes off prior to wrapping up the Media Center deal, which had been estimated at being done around August 25 but that's between those guys. I do hope Michael will share his trip report with us when he does connect with them. IMO their needs are more in the CASH area right now. With the Jackson hearing continued until October they need to get the Media Center deal signed and start pumping out some services and product, which for all I know may have started. We know a lot of irons are in the fire but the only current revenue producer I am sure of is the TMM website Trudef sales. There are plenty of rumors floating around about interim financing but I'll wait for something official before speculating too far. Revised timelines: Early September - Estimated date for media center deal completion September 1 - Estimated date for RAVE/Blockbuster product production Late September - Financials: 15C-211 will be filed Late September - Decision on DVD project with Master Mix Late September/Early October - TMM website updates Late September/Early October - Mobil trailer project start October - Financials: 10Q to be filed October 29- Court hearing for Jacksons (Continued from August 25) * Potential asset seizure start Timing TBD - Shareholder meeting Timing TBD - Trudef upgrade Timing TBD - Special effects database project start Timing TBD - Complete evaluation of ECC emissions product potential Timing TBD - Virtual Graceland upgrade to DVD Timing TBD - Kickoff of $ 4+ million ISI lawsuit
