This is sad. It is 10am CDT Saturday, and there is nothing on the Bay website(press releases) about the merger vote or meeting. Is it possible that they are awaiting an official ballot count from some accounting firm before reporting results? Hard to believe they can't accelerate the process. I don't remember it taking this long when Bay was formed. Did any Bay employees(eg. Cruiser) attend the meeting? Please post summary, if you did. Paul
