There was some activity in price and volume this week. A number of large block trades were done. Technical analysis appears favourable, the only concern was a declining relative strength prior to this week. The price trend has been broken at 25 cent level, thus in theory, a buy signal. No guarantees with TA.

I have not reviewed their financial statements but a description of the firms' activities looks impressive. (http://www.pacificranger.ab.ca)

In light of a declining stock market I remain hesitant in purchasing stocks. However, if the firm shows resistence to the market lows, I shall purchase their stock.

News of August 25th regarding the appointment of Mr.Gordon Stewart,P.Eng. appears to have gained market acceptance. Any comments on the appointment and what it will mean to Pacific Ranger.
