CEO, COO and Chairman purchased 25,000 shares back in the end of May for the price around $23 1/2. Togetherly, they owned over 3 millions shares as of the record.

CUBE,

Everything else is puzzle, SEC record doesn't lie. If Noam and his accomplices did intentionally fudge the book as Mr. Pink loves to claim, why did they purchased additional shares instead of damping their major trunk holding upon pumped-up artificial price?

I admit that I didn't read into those accounting irreguarity postings thoroughly, but I am sick and tired of listening to the argument of how wrongful of one-time write-off practice. You invest in a company in its going-concern, not on how the treat accounting.

If this site is so widely read as it should be, the accounting irreguarity as some of you claimed may have contributed to the crash of MRVC. Without this exaggerated claim, MRVC may have closed Thursday at $17, and closed Friday at $11. MRVC should still earn around 15 cents in the quarter with increased R&D spending. If they saved R&D, how much the earning would have been? All numbers are just math magic, we are here to discuss the future prospect of this company, not to overly-indulged in numbers.
