I agree that this market environment is tough, but if we have the right "event" to show investors that DGIV is the place to be, my bet is that DGIV share price can still go up in this general market malaise. In fact, the few stocks with the right "story" can do very well in an environment where most stocks are down, since we will have more money chasing the few good stocks, IMO. If DGIV gives can renew investors' enthusiasm and gives investors a reason to invest, we will see money coming in.
