Bruce, With all due respect to you but I do not buy the revising of your time line. This company has never kept to their original time line on anything and that disturbs me. Why give a date? In my opinion it is only to pacify us. I, as a shareholder, am tired of it!!! I do understand courts and I do not believe this will be settled even on October 29. If the BK court is any indication, and that was a slam-dunk, it will be years before we see any of that money if we see it at all. If I were a lender I would want my money back ASAP! Hey as an investor in TMm I want my money back (over $1 a share). Will I ever see over $1? I don't see any indications from the company that I will. If you are still around in the next year I think we will be still hearing the same thing. We should go back a year and see what was being said by the company and compare to today. There is a saying I have always told my children that I have learned from 30 years of dealing with people in dentistry. "PEOPLE DON'T CHANGE, SITUATIONS DO." Think about that. Larry
