John, Yep, I understand what you are saying. Like AZ Gov Symington.....worth many millions, yet gets out of repaying the workers pension funds. In this case, I don't think it's a dodge, but should prove to be a hell of a learning experience! The politicians file BK too it seems. Why should they want to close the loopholes? It seems to me they talk of doing it, but don't do much. (As usual) Jim J
