If it's anywhere between the freezing and the boiling point, is even slightly fizzy, and resembles urine in colour, I'll drink it. Especially if you're buying.

There was a story about some 4000ñ year old emmer grains found in tombs in Egypt that somebody made into beer and bread and served at a banquet, I think an arqueologists' gathering. Emmer is the predecessor grain from which wheat was developed, there's two or four grains per stalk, something like that.

The English word 'Lady' is originally derived from a word that referred to the baker of bread and brewer of beer, right? They are similar processes, both depending on fermentation of grain by yeast. Likely bread was invented by some caveperson who really just wanted a beer and ran short of water.

Well, it's Mller Time, I'm outa here ...... Prosit! .... marcos

PS - Mangos make the best chutney.
