John;

That's what I like about you.... You seem to have a way of producing
informative post's that are filled with sly remarks. SI has become dog eat dog with mud slinging galore thus I limit my posts. I find less and less use for SI as time goes by since 90% of the posts are ego trips. I did look into Antares and I do not like it since they really do not control any of the properties they are involved in... (They own interest and thats all)

I heard they were going to try to pay their bills with RUBLES

I guess you are referring to Russia looks pretty bad...............

Well Tajikistan is NOT Russia they have their own currency its called tajik rouble.

They also have their own flag..........
Three horizontal stripes of red (top), a wider stripe of white, and green; a crown surmounted by seven five-pointed stars is located in the center of the white stripe

Does that sound like the Russian flag to you...............

Tajikistan won their Independence 9 September 1991 (from Soviet Union).

Russia's unwillingness to supply sufficient rubles left the country in a severe monetary crisis throughout 1994, keeping inflation low but leaving workers and pensioners unpaid for months at a time. The government of Tajikistan has announced plans to introduce its own currency in 1995 to help resolve the problem and they have (tajik rouble)

Although some private shops continue to accept Russian rubles, Tajikistan has introduced its own currency, the Tajik ruble.
Tajikistan is planing on setting up it's financial system Banks ect...
thus the IMF involvement (128 Million that has been approved)
I feel IKAR is playing a major role in all of this thus the trip overseas well over a few months ago. As far as the stock price...... well all I can say is I have my suspicions and it's not with IKAR. Much manipulation is going on with regards to the BB arena. If you look at the trading logs their is more buying than selling on Ikar LOL. Looks like someone is playing both sides of the fence in a desperate move to shake shares........... but of course this is my opinion. To think I even averaged down on Friday well I guess I am one for punishment.

The bottom line is that the Summer program most be completed before the next step. As far as the currency being cheap well I see nothing less than a benefit to IKAR if and when the mining of their property takes place.
Cheap labor is cost effective when pulling raw materials out of their
property not to mention the cost of other factors as well. IKAR owns the mineral rights to their property unlike Antares who has interest's in different properties.

I heard they were going to try to pay their bills with RUBLES

Now wouldn't that be nice Ikar's buck will go a lonnnnnng way if that is the case :-)

Russia has abandoned Tajikistan a lonnnng time ago. That's what this
scenario is all about and INDEPENDENT financial program..... It's called Independence and a developing economic and monetary system.

Just giving you some of my thought's and opinions... I will keep posting here as long as I believe in IKAR if I find something I do not like I will post it as well. I feel the current share price is not IKAR'S fault (other than the Debentures which from my understanding they are working out based
on their last news release)http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/980713/ikar_miner_1.html
and believe it will all come out in the end
