"And it really seems fishy to me that all the mega money R&D of the oil industry couldn't figure this technology out and some small guys could?" This question has also been recently answered again. The mega money failed exactly because it is mega money. Oil companies think in terms of huge refineries and pipelines of feedstock flowing in. They don't think like a back lot outfit doing a boutique operation on a microscale size. This company succeeded because Bill Carraway's work was on a scale small enough and stubborn enough to succeed in spite of all the crap that was done to it. Charles
