Joseph, the same old story, they it at a loss but make it up on volume.

Yet, it is quite positive that their current accounts are finally turning back into the black, it might be a first sign of a very thin glimmer of hope. If Japan could just turn itself around, it could be enough to absorb some of this supply. The US and Europe are soon going to choke if it continues for much longer. First Germany's export will decline, that will bring it into the recession column and wherever Germany goes the rest of the EUC will surely follow. Germany still has a major problem of under employment left over from unification. That tells us how long it takes to redress economic dislocations.
