HI Myron, I don't quite understand what you mean when you say, "I do get a netcsape window coming up. Could you please define that. You shouldn't have any netscape anything coming up! Do you have a zip file in QPdata\incoming? If so what is the date of that zip file? if it is current date 08281998.zip then you have current data. If not I will email it to you, then just click on update database icon and your in. It is unfortunate that you have this problem at this time. But it is a new upgrade release with some neat additions and fixes. I'm on my way to work now so someone else can jump in and help out today if they choose. Arctic Mike
