"We can provide you with no written statements due to the fact that the Year 2000 is a known issue and consequently the Board of Directors can be held personally liable as well as the corporation." I hope you can clearly see the message here. Although they claim that customer safety is their number one priority, it appears that litigation has now become their primary concern.
