ANswering the COGS question:

I didn't apply a calculator to the numbers but by giving them
a cursory look, you need to remember something. The general expenses
increased about 50% from a year ago..not that bad.

Next though, the only intuitive place for the $575,000 court costs
to go under is COGS. THerefore, from an operations standpoint, i
believe (someone correct me if i'm incorrect) that the profit
really stood at not $2.1 million, but $2.7 ish milion. This should
happen again this quarter. Taking out court costs gives us a more
accurate reflection of the Operations.

Recalculate and COGS should be up less than 1000%...
