csco already derived 50-60% revenue from web-based commerce Yeah but what do they mean by that is what I would like to know. Are you saying that csco takes 50% of its orders online? If so, so what. What Im talking about are mfg efficiencies. Logistically advanced management does not necessarily correlate to efficiency, economies of scale nor make competition further behind Well sure, agreed. Some companies are like Sun and spend huge $$$ and dont get anywhere. Others are like Dell and gain huge economies of scale. Ill have to plead ignorance on Csco current mfg process, I do know they have Oracle ERP, as far as I know no SCM, meaning no supply chain mgmt. I strongly disagree that Csco's e-commerce efficiencies are played out... I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. MH
