Dear mbart, I am still reading the thread and a clear pattern has piqued my curiousity: you make promotional statements about the company, you answer easy questions with generalities and when asked for a specific answer you give your standard answer: call the company. It sounds like you don't have a direct knowledge of the company's operations. This is troubling. You see you are trying to become the source of information on the company but you don't seem to be qualified for that job. At best you seem to have a good relationship with people at the company.
