The new economic crisis team includes reformers. One of them is Fadorov who is very good and very respected by the west. Also, Victor C. says Russia is not going to go backwards to a Soviet style economy. Yeltsin is not going to resign even though CBS reported it to be true (I guess they got to keep up with the tabloid shows). The new economic plan will be announced in a few days. All this means the Russian stock market may have a good bounce next week, especially with Clinton being over there.
