Steve: I am a member of the class, but I haven't received any mailings (I sold my IMPX long ago, but after the period involved in the lawsuit). Could you please tell me the deadline for filing the claims. Also a phone number if you have one (I'm going to try the IMPX investor line to see if they can help). Would sure appreciate any info you might have !! Thanks a bunch, Mark Mc.
