Mark- It's common practice to sell options to pay for the remaining options. Few people have the money laying around to always pay for options that become available. I doubt if Rosner is any different.
The 10-K has been filed as of 8/28. Not much new, but there are some items not talked about here. I'll not rewrite here what's readily available on the web.---------Tom
