Denis - I have my own defintion of "Oversold"
I have a hard time understanding an "oversold position". Can u explain? - tia - denis

I beleive it to be a situation where selling of stock has continued on momentum well past a point of equilibrium or " where it should be". These stocks are laregly subjective and not like our blue chippers with pe ratios and fundamental anaylisis that allows us to determine stock valuations.

It can also mean a stock that has been shorted in addition to selling occurring meaning more selling than would be otherwise expected driving the stock lower than it should.

In short - a stock where it appears that over a period of time has dropped in price and sellers seem to hit the bids and drive it way down. To me it is still largely a subjective term.
