<<61MM shares are in the process of being cancelled>>

Let's assume for a second that your statement is right.

Now let's talk about accounting principles a little bit.

Assume I incorporate a company tomorrow and buy 100 shares for a total of $1,000. The balance sheet will show $10,000 in cash and $10,000 in paid-up capital right? Right.

Now let's assume the company buys a inventory for $500. The balance sheet will show $500 in cash, $500 in inventory and $10,000 in paid-up capital, right? Right.

Now let's say the company decides to cancel 50 shares. What do you think the balance sheet will look like? Will it show $500 in cash, $500 in inventory and $10,000 in paid-up capital? Of course not.

What Janice is asking you if the company cancels the shares how is the other part of the transaction being recorded on the balance sheet. I have tried to really simplify things for you. I hope you will offer us all the answer, which doesn't seem to be the way you operate.
