When Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, etc. were acting up last Jan., It didn't take too long for the market to illogically muddle it's thinking out of those crises then. Maybe it'll get fed up with things, and collectively gamble no Clinton resignation, no impeachment very likely to happen, Russia is not tied too closely to US after all, That would still leave Japan's falling Nikkei though.
