NPCT has got to be one of the worst 1 month slides I've ever seen that was not associated with any external bad news event. Once again, the lesson of the history of Reg S/Discounted Convertibles is that this really does lead to a "death spiral" When I posted on Raging B. before the news about the financing about my concerns over the use of either of these vehicles, I got a response about Reg S, but encountered nobody else concerned about convertibles. After the release when I reiterated my concerns, I got responses containing a mixture of poor analysis, defensiveness & a measure of patronizing. Slick move - bashing legitimate concerns over the historically bad financing vehicle while fawning over how wonderfull NPCT was going to be. Hope some have learned a little. Scott
