Betty, from my discussions with Dr. Martinez, I can tell you that IBM is using synchrotrons, which are cost prohibitive for smaller semiconductor makers. They (smaller semiconductor makers) will embrace the XRL point source rather than the synchrotron. The stumbling block in XRL today is the power level of the point source and the integration with the collimater (I think I spelled it right..). From what I have heard, JMAR will make the breakthrough next year in power levels (at least that is the plan). They are working as a team at livermore to produce the complete system. Time will tell...

Short interest figures are out for August. Essentially unchanged.
