Press releases, at least to me, are just a formal means to
release information and, thus, no more official than if I'm told that information personally.
As any investor knows, this is not true.
Officials of the company are a joke when it comes to investor tales. The IR guys and company representatives are known to say anything they want. It is a well known joke, and I am surprised to see you stating that you think this is "official". (Actually, I am not surprised)
For anyone who doesn't understand just how backwards this statement is, please refer to this bmart post to see what he was told. Here he is asserting that RMIL will trade, he has been assured by the "nice girl" at the company who he talked to. This post is made on April 1, but it really isn't a joke, I can show you he is serious if you wish.
Oddly enough, a little background on Mondays short squeeze also, I guess those evil shorters don't read bmart.
