I'm new to this thread. Please give me the "short story" about the problem here. I see a stock selling below book, that has loads of cash and I get curious. I've tried reading through the posts, too many and I don't get it. What is the deal with the "unregisered" sale of the securities ? I've never seen that . What are the risks here, PLEASE___ANYONE ???
