Bill, using your post and Tim's(thall) post, I have questions & comments.
<<< Right now all IPM investors are totally scammed.>>>
<<< ipmcf share holds negative value when you adjust for IPM debts.>>>

All current ipmcf shareholders are in a pee poor situation with IPM.
We all know the meat product Spam, which is just the contents of
those cheap hotdogs with some nice herbs and spices added,
and formed into a block shape to resemble a cube of ham,
thus spices + cheap hotdogs + ham look = sp(ices)(h)am = spam.
And spam even sounds like ham.
Now seeing how spam is like a lie, in that its to appear like ham,
and to be used like ham, but its cheap compared to a real good ham.
So if spam is viewed in that way, the word scam is made from the word
spam, just by a letter change, and keeping the same type of sound.
Now this means that the word scam is not really a word, but something
made like a word to imply "you been had".
Seems like over the thread life of IPMCF, the word scam or phrase
"you been scammed', has come to mean that all your money has been
lost, or that all ipmcf shares are now worthless.
But to me to say current ipmcf shareholders have been completely
scammed, as you say, means to me that the IPM company has not
been run correctly, and is now in chapter 11. The value of a share
of ipmcf is not determinable at this point. All we know is that it
can go to zero, or if a PP happens, then a very big dilution like 10:1
can happen. Anything like a 100:1 is the same as a zero. As for having
a negative value, sure, it goes to zero and you payed commission and
didn't have the money for other investments.
So for you to say <<<all IPM investors are totally scammed.>>>,
is true in that if the company was run like investors expected,
then at this point no chapter 11 but banking precious metals money.
But the words "been scammed" and "move on" mean all done and game over.
So to you the PP is imaginary, or you see the future and PP didn't happen.
But then you also mention a 10:1 dilution as if it could happen.
Don't you see Bill, you give facts and also a prediction of the future
in a poor light, and what you are really doing is telling us, simply
letting us shareholders hear what you are wishing for, hoping for,
or to put it another way, what you want to happen, where "want" is used
rather than "expect" or "predict". It comes so strong from you, almost
as if you are wishing it to happen, as if you saying it a large number
of times over a long period will make it happen. You don't really care
one way or the other about current ipmcf shareholders. Because of this,
I don't tag you as a sicko. But you want IPM to fail. Even if the dirt
is good dirt, you have no problem with that, and you may even buy shares
into the "new" IPM if a PP happens. But you want the current IPM to fail.
Hey Bill, its in chapter 11, ain't that good enought for you ?????

<<< For the answers to these questions, you will have to
find out who are the owners of Omega Corporation.
Tim >>>
Bill, any reply to Tim's post possible from you.
No, not a "right on" Tim.
But a view needed and wanted by ipmcf shareholders.
