Hi Myron,

Where would I check to see if I have a zip file in QP/data/incoming?

That would be by using Windows explorer, (like File Manager in old windows,) and looking on/in the hard drive that you have qpdata directory located at. Have you downloaded and updated your data base after installing the CDROM data on your harddrive?

QP Virtual is not necessary to run any of the other functions.

If you have done all the above things and you still need the zip file then email me and I will send you the file. If you have not done the things listed above then you will need Tech Support for further help as I am lost.
