thanks Alex for this post..I was trying to find information about him.. have heard repeatedly that Russia isn't going to dump their gold and doesn't have the infrastructure to process a lot..although have read that russians are buying jewelry since they can't get more dollars and that one region of Russia has taken control of their gold rather than hand it over to the central government or should I say to Rasputin? (can't find the news release though..so don't know if it was for real_
