CS, Is $1.92 the price at which you would expect SSGI to BE trading AT, and if so BY WHEN?
When I created this thread for SSGI, about all I had was that a Merger with a Major profitable company was expected. That SSGI had only 1.5 Million shares in the float and was currently selling very near it's all time low of $.25 cents. That is the Merger deal went through it would be very likely that the stock price would at least double or more.
After that some of that was posted in the Subject of the SSGI thread, SSGI did in fact announce the "Intent to Merge with an un-named company.
Now we get the Merger Completed with a NAME, which came on a day which was THE WORSE possible day, as the Market took a 357 point hit. Thus NO BUYERS of most ANY stock and SSGI didn't budge. The most positive thought about this was that SSGI didn't drop in price when many other stocks did..
Looking at all of this and if I am understanding this correctly. Even though the news release states a "Merger completion", yet there is a window of time that yet remains at which either party "could" back out. Though that is a formality and not likely to occur, is it THAT issue or the Lousy MARKET or likely both that threw a wet blanket on SSGI?
Remember how the stock price of SSGI jumped up on that Monday when the announcement came of just the "INTENT" to Merge? Would you think that was just buying from those who expected a RUN and not from investors who were looking for a speculation in a value investment?

My personal intentions for investing in SSGI, by being positioned in very near this LOW Price, was to hopefully get the opportunity to sell half of that position for near a double. Then if the stock priced increased, just hold the remaining shares and see where we were in a year or so.
Now I don't know how to view all this, I don't expect the stock price to drift lower, yet I have lost the sense of what we might see from all this....
I brought this up, in hopes others would give their opinions...

Anxiously waiting for those opinions,

Regards,
Malcolm
