Malcolm and CS, help me to understand the exploding market for "Aqua Mats". I understand what SSGI does and I understand what Tamsco does and they want to merge in order to take Tamsco public. I'm okay to there. Now they need to raise 8.5 million for the deal and capital. Okay. Now I start to get a little fuzzy when I hear about the address thing and they want to take the extra moola from the merger and invest it in "bath mats" for shrimp and manatees. Is there something fishy here? I don't think I can tell my friends about this, because the laughter would be just too much for my self esteem. Help me to understand. Morris Flounderbait (Tomato Man)
