Richard:

I don't think that Larry Carr, Ed Redstone, and Dick Snelling are going to let their million $ plus investments in VSI evaporate. Having three "rich uncles" is one of the few bright spots in VSI's story.

Judi North and the Board have got to immediately deal with two major issues. The first one is the convertible debt. Although Judi North didn't discuss it in her press release, apparently $600,000 of that debt has already been converted so the debt holders are in the red now along with the rest of us. A favorable resolution of the debt will take the downward pressure of the stock. The second one is profitability. The expenses are too high and the company has to take some drastic cost cutting action. I have yet to see the company announce any reductions in staff or other specific cost cutting measures. A cost cutting announcement will help convince the investment community that the company is taking actions to survive.
